Warping
The warp yarns should be prepared based on the characteristics of the fabrics to be woven. Taking the instructions of weaving unit into consideration, the yarns should be arranged in proper way in parallel and with a suitable and uniform stretch. Therefore yarns are wrapped on large reels called roller and placed behind the looming machines. These yarns are used as a warp in fabrics.
The wrapper is a machine that prepares the warp, so that it can be used on the loom.
The warping operation is performed in either of the following methods:
1- Beam warping or direct warping
2-Patterns band or drum warping, Sectioned warping (Indirect warping)
